It accurately measures how well they can listen, read and write in English while performing academic tasks. The TOEFL score range on the PBT is 310 – 677. This means that the lowest TOEFL score you can earn on the PBT is a 310and the highest TOEFL score you can earn on the PBT is a 677. The average English skill level ranges between Intermediate and Advanced.
