PTE (Pearson Test of English)
Pearson Language Tests,a unit of PLC group conducts two tests mainly to judge the English language proficiency of non-native users who are aspiring to study or for a career abroad. The name of the two entrance test exam conducted by Pearson is Pearson Test of English (Academic) and Pearson Test of English (General).In the PTE Academic exam format there are four sections exactly like the IELTS Exam that is Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing which is a 3-hour test session. In the PTE general exam, there are two segments which is further divided into six sections altogether. The PTE general test consists of two primary sections - a written paper and a spoken test.PTE academic score range for each skill is 10-90 points. The overall score is based on the performance on all test items.
